It's not the all caps text that indicates yelling, it's the bubble usually. And the size of font/italics/punctuation   reply

there was a cursed time pre-Blambot typeface when scanlators used Papyrus or times new roman in italics...anyhow i see what you mean though they aren't yelling. it's just for uniformity's sake. the speech bubbles do the yelling 'scream bubble' style ps. if you know this manga you have backpain now   1 reply

Hi typesetter here ! No because the yelling is usually indicated by font and whether it's bald and italic or not. Some typesetters like to use a seperate font for yelling, and others like to use the same font as the normal speech bubbles but in italic and bold.   reply
