The person definitely deserves happiness in my opinion. If you don't have any kind of malicious intent in your actions and are kind and sincere than there's no reason you shouldn't get your own happiness   1 reply

Just them having the thought of wanting to be a good person is enough reason deserving them of happiness. Although they do need professional help if they have those negative thoughts tho.   reply

I feel like people here forgive murderers very easily. I know you said bad mentality but what if that person had pedophilic thoughts or he knew he could rape but didn’t do it. I don’t know honestly. I’d kill every pedophile on earth if I could.   1 reply

as long as they're not hurting anyone in any way and go out of their way to make people happy they definitely deserve happiness. i'm curious as to what their motivation for being a good person is if not empathy though (assuming someone who enjoys killing people would need to have a serious lack of it), religion maybe?   1 reply

That person deserves more happiness than you or I, because they've successfully overcome such a toxic base desire not for the sake of appearances, but because they genuinely have a desire to not harm those around them.   reply
