stop reading 'yaoi' then, like spend less time with it, its not easy but you HAVE to. you're getting deathly bored and can't seem to read another genre except BL? yeah that's a problem, your dopamine receptors are fried.
Though, I'm not proposing that you should entirely stop reading it. Some are great but it's things like this (your situation) is......
