When my friends feel down or maybe want to rant Abt their day, they share it with me. It's not affecting my mental health and I'm glad that they could share their problems with me (at least that's how it is for me lol). I find it hard to comfort them but our talks typically spiral to different topics until they feel a bit better.   reply

Yes, but I don't do it extremely often only when I really have to bc I understand that just because I feel negative that doesn't mean they have to feel negative all the time too. I never feel down but I do get super mad and when I do I fs tell my friends. I will let them know my anger and they have to take it wether they like it or not   reply

I think my friends will cut off all contact and think I'm a freak if I started talking about my mental health. I'd rather keep this picture perfect image they have of me, because I'm ditching them all once we get to uni anyway.   reply
