You will get all perms to ban an user, restrict an user, delete series, uploader perms (basically giving one person to upload that series), disable specific words or action, make new rules etc

Make uploading easier/dedicate a section of the site for uploading. Idk how it is now but bimd it was a pain in the ass, never looked at imgur the same since.
