I’ve been restricted a couple times with my old account and this one. I waited it out and everything was fine, but honestly it’s just a waiting game. Id say make a new one if you don’t care for this one as much and want to get back to commenting. Seeing as though you can post on the forum you’re restriction doesn’t seem that serious. Mine......
