Specifically warm water rlly helps more for sure. Like not BOILING hot water but boil some and pour it in some cold water to make it warm/hot and drink it bc it rlly helps. Also tmi I guess but it depends how often ur going. If it’s been days since ur last one then it’s gonna be bad. Also check ur diet   reply
