Used to have them all the time

i used to have nosebleeds almost every time when i was a kid. and it was probably due to dehydration, stress, lack of sleep (or all of them). especially during the summer, i get lightheaded and nosebleeds every so often. i remember also eating chocolate gave me nosebleeds lol, my mom made me stop eating them for a while.

now i just occasionally or just rarely have any nosebleeds.
