so I went to a rave last night and drank… idek my limit cuz I don’t be drinking like that but I was fucked up…
Anyways it’s the next morning and I feel like shit… never again..
any1 got any hangover cures… what do y’all eat/do when ur hungover, I lowk just wanna rot in bed and not do anything and not eat

Lots of water, sports drink, painkillers, and something soupy or greasy you're okay with hating for a while. the reason you feel like shit is primarily dehydration so start drinking fluids. next time try not to drink too much but also chug some water before bed, you'll be fine by the end of the day
