I want to say no, but I know that it has/is happening as we speak... And idk if they end up working, I hope not once again, and P.S it is NEVER the student's fault, it has and always will be on the adult in the situation, the power dynamic is so gross.   reply

Are you asking if pedophiles grooming their students aren't a work of fiction? Why did you word it that way... Also, work for who?? Definitely doesn't work for someone who isn't a pedophile. They happen, Yes. Working out? I’m going to assume you mean a long, Loving, lasting relationship.. so no. That doesn’t really happen. I’ve known people and heard of others that sleep w their teachers and it was either a one time thing, they were predators, and/or they never last very long. I've seen 2 student and TA relationships IRL. They're all adults but one of them has a noticeable age gap and that one seemed to have a pretty strong and healthy relationship, the other didn't last long though. I'd say as long as they're both adults and they can both communicate well in the relationship, it may work.   reply
