Stop shipping people in rl

I have been shipped with someone for a whole year one time, it made my year miserable, my friends and even people i didn’t know! were shipping me with this guy, worst part of all he called me slurs and would throw other insults at me, what made my year horrible was a girl came to the school, she was new and it turns out she had a crush on that guy, she became popular quite quickly and even my friends were friends with her, she started to make my friends turn on me and she was mad cause she thought i liked the guy and hated me, it made me feel horrible and nobody was listening when i told them i didn’t like the guy plus the girl made my “friends” hurt me (pulling my hair, hitting me, ect)
i was becoming suicidal and depressed, everytime i got home i’d just lay in bed i had no motivation and have even att3mpt3d a few times, after the summer hit i started to try and take care of myself a bit since what happened had totally ruined me.

Please stop shipping rl people, cause it makes a lot of people react and feel differently, just cause it may be “cute” or “funny” it may not be the same for them.
