Well it's not pure water so it has a bunch of different minerals that vary by like source and filtration, also plastic leeches into the water, and can make it taste good or like ass. I had this argument with my family cause they didn't believe me when I said that central British water tastes absolutely dogshit so I looked it up to prove them wrong.
