I like the aspect of not being able to control the situation while being in control behind the scenes at the same time and this is only achieved by roleplay in real life imo. Therefore another escape route is reading comics about it because you are in control when you are reading it. Thats a personal experience of mine tho. 2 reply

In real life, rapists should be castrated with a dull knife before bleeding to death, But fictional characters don’t usually instill in me such a visceral reaction.
Usually these fictional a-holes are made to be interesting, charismatic and handsome (depending on the art in this case).

Non-con and rape can be used as a form of escapism for SOME people, allowing them to experience situations that may be out of reach in real life in a safe, imaginary space. Ultimately, it is individual preference that determines which type of fiction and its content appeals to a person.
