She might not've meant it in a bad way, but you could ask her to specify what she meant. My friends (and everyone in general, people don't really like me) constantly insult me and I've found the best way to deal with that kind of stuff is to just be straight up and ask them to explain why they said that. It's better than dwelling on it by yourself ......
