whenever i go out i literally have to put on eyeliner, mascara, foundation, eyeshadow, blush, highlighter, lip tint and gloss, choose an outfit (cant be the same one as yesterday or the day before, cant be too slutty or modest), wear accessories, straighten my hair or do a curly routine (both of which will take over half an hour) and i still feel like im not pretty enough
men will literally put on an oversized shirt + cargo pants (bonus points if they brush their teeth and dont smell like rotten eggs) and ppl will declare them a fashion icon i literally cant rn
Don't follow the gender roles, i like make up but i never do it to please the outsider, just bathing and dressing well should be enough to fit in, you do not have to do things that are tiring just to please others! Do it for you and you only! reply
