I feel like shit I worry so much about grades

I just want to be chill and not worry about anything but grades always pulls me down in my deepest point of worrie, when I can’t have a perfect score I actually worry so much l feel like I’m so depressed and saying on repeat “IM NOT GOOD ENOUGH ANYMORE” I have been studying but why WHY do I always get a little score. Yass and that’s why I feel like shit rn
