dont eat much more than you body actually needs and do cardio every other day. try to aim for an hour long jog. you might not be able to do an hour for the first few weeks or months so if you need a break just start walking instead of stopping entirely. or start out just walking for an hour. running is also good for you back and and whatnot. anyway......   reply
