Heya it’s not healthy or possible really to lose more than 2 kg a week. More realistically 1 kg/week 1:find your calorie limit I would calculate your maintenance calories you can do that on calculator.com it will tell you how much calories you can eat if you want to lose 1kg a week. It also takes your exercise into account but I never bothered......   reply
