OMG I GET THIS TOO WELL. Okay I'm an avid yapper myself, so when I try to study, I try to do it alone, and the ONLY THING THAT HAS HELPED ME GET MOTIVATED is promising myself that ill take myself to 7/11 or something to get a little treat and setting timers so I don't get too stressed out with the work   reply

OMGG I’m not really a yapper but I really want to talk about this!! My study routine first is motivating myself like going through my reels in ig because there is lots of motivation and I also motivate myself by saying “ if I fail this exam/quiz without studying I know will really REGRET it in the end it’s better to study than regretting that......   reply

I watch sports anime whenever I study (like BG noise, smthng like that). Idk maybe seeing the characters motivated also motivates me?? Yeah so idk if this helps, because I have a very disorganized way of studying, at least having my sports anime elevated some of the pressure   reply

I don't particularly have a routine, but usually I first open the material needed and determine how long it would take me to cover the whole thing. If I find it takes longer, I start sooner. I have no discipline either but what helps the most is sitting down and getting started. Try to have a separate space, music playlist, flavor of gum etc. For when you’re studying so that you can Pavlov’s hound yourself into being focused (I’m sure there’s a better term for this…something conditioning??)   reply

I let the pressure get to me last minute :) just kidding, i dont eat in the morning (im on a budget) and take myself out to a nice cafe or restaurant that allows studying and eat my brunch. It forces me to study because 1) i spent money to eat and 2) i need to look like im busy and not just on my phone. lolol. I do this often 2 weeks before midt......   reply
