i actually cried when i first got my period bc i was raised in a religious house and i wanted to die as a child so i could go to heaven right away having your period meant you were now 'impure' so i could barely ask for pads from my own mom without dying of shame but as an adult i can totally walk up to a random woman in the middle of the street if......
