Emotional manipulation

I'm realizing that I can't clock emotional manipulation and that I'm extremely susceptible to it. I wish I wasn't and I don't know how to fix it.

like retrospectively I understand something is manipulative but in the moment I just don't get it and completely fall for it

Honestly, it’s a learned trait to be able to clock manipulation. You just have to work on it and think about it. Be kind to yourself and be careful out there. reply
