Well honestly I tend to always keep my finger on the lock bottom and don't read or leave traces whenever I'm reading +18 webtoons/manga in general but I still can't help thinking that my parents would see me reading sexual things (I'm 20 so It'll be embarrassing still lol) anyways, I hope you're okay and that your mother didn't suspect anything x
