AO3 writers are more independent and have the freedom to write whatever without a care and their work is non-profit. And on the other hand, webtoon artists,mangakas,manhuwagas most likely work with a team. And they profit from their work so they can't be as silly as AO3 writers and need to be as professional as possible. They also get more criticis......
