How the hell do I ask my parents for an ADHD or ADD diagnosis? Might seem easy, but they've always likes denying somethings wrong with me and i just need to "try harder" but I cant focus at ALL and ive got exams coming up T T it took my like 3 months to convince them i need contacts by constantly mentioning I can't read see shit from afar.
