BL for GAY MEN
I need a BL that appeals to GAY MEN specifically. So none of that female centrified content bullshit. I, as a cis gay man, find all these popular "BLs" (specifically from female writers) absolutely shit and just extremely sexualized, along with them DOWNPLAYING the obvious topic which is sexuality. I'm sick of shit like Jinx, POTN, CBAW, BJ Alex, that one manhwa where the top blackmails the bottom into keeping the child, etc. I specifically hate the fetishized SA that literally gets resolved without any progression. SA in general shouldn't even be forgivable.
If my fellow gay men out there have some great recommendations that cater to my preferences, reccommending them would be appreciated.
BL as a genre has always been written by women whose audience is other women so if you want actual content that is for gay men Bara is a genre of bl that was created specifically for gay men by other gay men but it still has a lot of problematic themes (sexual assault, pedophilia) and it's mostly just porn and no plot so just a warning.
