If someone is too forward, it's very jarring. If we haven't really gotten to know each other yet, it's uncomfortable that this person, boy or girl, is taking it too seriously. Often times it feels like they don't really actually like me, since I don't really think they know me that well. I could ramble off a bunch of reasons, but the biggest reason......
