Why does it feel like the quality of movies has downgraded a lot lately? I feel like people who make movies are focusing too much on being "inclusive" rather than how to make the actual movie good. Also any "new and promising" movies that come out are just remakes of old ones that are already good. Idk maybe i'm oldgen or whatever.

Because a lot of filmmakers just want a quick cash grab instead of focusing on the artistic value. It's also way easier to make movies now than it was in the past. It’s just y’all only focused on the over saturated bad marvel and mainstream movies to even look somewhere else like independent filmmakers. You should watch some of Madds Mikkelsen's recent movies a lotta dem got a gud tomatometer.
