Management and marketing student here. Never regretted my choice of studying in this type of field. Maybe I could have done something different for my first degree ( in Italy most mayors divide the first three years from the last two. You can study just three years and have your bachelor degree and then decide to not continue) but I believe in what I did for my last two years, there I really followed my heart and studied exactly what I wanted.

BUT I was lucky, if by any chance you fell like you have taken the wrong path do not think you are a failure. I have known many that dropped out and than found their way.
