Imagine how uncomfortable it will be to eat something with a pierced tounge

Its not a permanent piercing and once you remove the actual piercing piece itll close up within 2 months (for older piercings, younger ones close up even faster). If anything you should try to get it but dont be surprised if they say you dont have the piercing "sweet spot" because not everybody has the right vein or nerve placement in their tongue ...... reply
Honestly you do you, like imo I would never get a tongue piercing just cause I dont think it always turns out good on everyone BUT if you like them get them because they do suit many people there are just the unfortunate few which it doesn't suit!
