So, a little while ago I had this discussion with my brother, as we're both working adults now. There are this social stigma and peer pressure around us (unlike when we're both still young ) that the normal thing to do is to get married. If not, you're weird, or something is wrong with you. But honestly ? seriously? will you ?
This might sound crazy but I don't know cause right now I am inlove with someone. But our love is not acceptable cause we have the same gender. So I don't know...well I do want to get married to that person but it's impossible... ( ̄へ ̄) 5 reply

i had a same sex wedding once in a catholic country, you dont need goverment approval for celebrate your love, you just need your loved one and do something meaningful for you both, and well if signing papers is really important and symbolic for your both, you can always marry abroad ^^
So sorry to hear this hon, hopefully laws will change where you are. I have married friends who are same sex, we live in Canada where that's legal, there's hope out the Rest!
@inu20 I was in that kind of relationship too for six years but it ended badly because in the end that person realized that it's better to have a 'normal' relationship rather than pursuing this unfruitful relationship..
I feel sorry for you but marriage isn't what solidifies your love for someone. You can just live together with them.
