If this happens then I think the best you can do is accept their situation and go to therapy. It'll be okay, and frankly, think about it this way, if they stay together then they'll might fight more often or even have physical altercations. Usually if a couple is going to get divorced, it may be better overall for them. If you feel that it is sudden, it just means that your parents tried to avoid confronting each other around you.
