Two-day class trip

So our class is having a two-day class trip. We have only like 20 kids in our class and 6 of them r not going including me. Trips with class are not really my thing. It’s not a compulsory trip…not a curriculum requirement or anything like that. So I was like okay while they r having fun for two days at some scenic spots. I will stay at home and do my thing. But then that bitchass college people asked us( the people who r not going for the trip) to come to college as usual for two days. we will be having regular classes from 10 am to 4pm . Isn’t that fucking INSANE. Like who does that? Why do I have to attend regular classes when those kids are away on trip? I don’t understand the logic. Also 6<14. Arent more students gonna miss the classes than the ones attending????
Just because i dont wanna attend the trip why are they torturing me like this i dont understand ? Sorry I needed to vent
