Clearly. You do realize your reading is highly supplemented with the visuals of the story, so you don't have to "understand" the dialogue, right? The translations are still shit, but it's not often the art is incomprehensible.
It's not a skill, it's more of a detriment because reading makes connections in your brain and poor grammar/language makes ......
