I'd want to hit him, but that could lead to you getting in trouble instead (like he obviously deserves it, but it could lead to things working out for him). I'd probably give a heads up to the library staff. And then you could potentially confront him (if he comes by again) the next time he tries. Could also send a complaint to the local police off......
