also afab here, when i was in hs i was experiencing smth like that too. idk if this way would work for u as well but heres what i did. i didnt care. i just dressed what i felt that day, act the way i wanted to act wo caring abt gender roles and stuff, not caring what others think of me whether they think im gay or i wna become a guy. i didnt care c......
