- i recommend doing yoga and taking melatonin (only once or twice) yoga is great for stress and melatonin might help an underlying issues that are causing anxiety - exercise in general will help you a lot because it'll take your mind off other things - splashing your face with very very cold water or holding ice will help - journaling or keeping ......   1 reply
