Quick poll, what's your best and worst food texture?
Ex. I like crunchy (chips, crispy fries), shit that just crumble once it's in your mouth. For worst It's hard to explain, but I hate that soggy bread/cracker type texture. Like moist grain. That's why I can't stand bread pudding and I have to find the perfect ratio of water to not make my oatmeal too watery.
Overcooked chicken, the unrendered fat from cuts of meat, celery, unwashed rice or oatmeal, honeycombs, when eggs aint cooked all the way and the white part is still liquidy, and overcooked steak. reply
