Honestly I wish authors were brave enough to do the unexpected and just make the Main love interest and Second love interest end up together. Look, when the MC has 70 chapters with the ML, but ends up with a dude that is there for the last 10 chapters, that is just fucked. I remember reading a manga like that and it made me want to throw my laptop. I didn't read this for so long just so that the MC ends up with a dude she barely interacted with.
