want friends? join clubs/societies and literally just force ur self to communicate and once a group of ppl know u, u can hang out with them whenever

this is coming from someone with social anxiety; first year uni was hell bc I knew no one and just had to go out. I now have friends and stopped socialising in other stuff bc I don't need more

Maybe confront ur sister why she's being mean - she might be going through it too. Communication is always key. Maybe even talk to ur mum about ur feelings.

And if all else fail, therapy is the answer my friend. Idk where u are in the world, but where I am they offer stuff like that for free so def consider it. Struggling with stuff like that can feel super lonely and sometimes telling a stranger these feeling can help release some of them
