Coriander. I swear I'm not a picky eater but this, no way in hell am I allowing it in my food. You can grind it up and put it in a sauce and I will still start dry heaving even if I just get a whiff of it.
Runner ups are bitter melon, okra and mint. There are ways to soften the impact of those 3, but coriander is too pungent.
