Honestly i think they have been going ok I mean I've been working out every day eating at least one healthy meal a day been trying to build good/healthy habits like not going on any tv or phone basically anything to do with the Internet before 3 hours of waking up journaling for at least 15minutes and meditating and you know stuff like that
I actually didn’t make any this year. Just figured that doing shit was better than saying I was gonna do shit actually worked out. I guess that could be considered a New Year’s resolution, but I just see it as personal growth. reply
