Wash your pillow super often (it’s better for your skin since the oils n bacteria from ur hair and skin get on it and then u lie on it). Wash it!!!!! (Edit: and don’t touch ur face during the day & wash ur hands before makeup and skincare etc) Learn abt ur skin type and find the right skincare for u!!! Sleep early like 8 hours a day and remember to remove your makeup before going to bed! Also, make sure to use sunscreen and watch those gua sha face massage on YouTube, I think it's really effective! Try mewing too hehe anyways happy new year!   reply

so the tips that ppl gave you so far all are pretty useful if you consider that your general health is good (e.g. if you have acne, drinking lots of water and getting 8h of sleep is not gonna make it magically disappear; for ppl with mental health issues cleaning or maintaining a routine such as skincare can be a very hard and difficult task). be s......   reply

Figure out how to style your hair how you like, and try to find joy in simple personal care routines. Applying lotion to your face (non scented is best) helps me personally, since i have dry skin and it helps me calm down and feel good. I also found that asking for layered hair and using dry shampoo helps my thin hair not fall flat through the day.......   reply
