She also punches the guy, just like she did in the video. Maybe it's like 'knocking some sense' into them?? I don't know, i am just making guesses.
I personally would like to believe that she was just a figment of the guy's imagination after seeing the video, for the sake of finding a reason to live on, to keep going, to make better changes in his life. But that is highly unlikely as he even got her on the video and all that.

I think the video was titled "Lily" because she herself wanted to create the video. There are possibilities that she likes dominating men.
The guy gets attracted to her because of her dominating the guy in that p*rn video but also looking at her innocent face makes him have a sense of hope. I'll explain this later as it will require a lot of delvi......
