help a girly out pls plsplssldlspl

i saved up enough money to at least buy skincare products but i dont know which ones to buy ( T﹏T ),, im aware to have dry skin and ik its best if i consult w a dermatologist but i dont want to waste my money any less than it is now...

for the main question: can i ask whats your daily skincare routine? how did you start? and what are the products you used? much be appreciated if you leave a small tip for me huhu (●'◡'●)ﾉ

Okay gurl I have this really affordable skin care it's actually my holy grail and I never found another. From face to body care it's super great for me they don't have a facial wash so I use their soaps instead it's a Filipino brand called "my dream skin" and they have their store on an app called "shoppee" and their tiktok shop is my dream skin ph...... 1 reply

The only thing I'm going to say here is be prepared to have products not work and have to buy new ones.... It sucks but be prepared... Since it's so individual what works from one person to the other even if they have the same skin type, I'd advise to only buy max two products from a line - 1 cleanser and 1 moisturizer - if you can, get test sizes ...... 1 reply

My routine is micellar water (garnier or any brand is fine), dr jart cleanser, abib toner pads, cosrx snail mucin, the ordinary retionoid, etude house mosturizer, then the innisfree sunscreen. If you have SUPER dry skin, try to only wash it once per day and look for a cleanser that says 'hydrating', 'gentle', 'nourishing' or similar in a CREAM or BALM (this is a solid that warms to liquid in hands). I have dry and sensitive skin, I recommend this for a beginner. It’s a routine with retinol that after a month or two you can update with stronger retinol and actives like vitamin C and azelaic acid. PUTTING IT IN HERE (I replied on the wrong text TT) I agree with the other commenter, don’t use strong products since you’re a beginner. Skin care may differ based on your age as well. If you’re an adult you can try using mild retinol. Moisturizer would be good too since you indicated that you have dry skin, try investing in sunscreens and ...... reply

Hey !! My skincare routine isn't extensive so I can't help you out too much, BUT I will say, please make sure to get a lotion made specifically for your face ! Hand lotions may be slightly cheaper, but they will clog up your pores and may cause you to break out/have more oily skin. I wish you the best with your journey!! reply
