I don't remember exactly how old I was, but I was definitely under 10. I woke up in the middle of the night almost completely unable to breathe. I could get like the smallest amount, but it might as well have been nothing I woke up my parents, and after I could breathe better (not 100% better, my throat still hurt and I was audibly gasping trying ......
