I switched to bralettes a long time ago. They don’t give you an amazing boob lift as normal bras do, but they are more comfortable and if you get the ones that are crossed in the beach, then they give you enough support. Also go to a proper underwear store and get your size measured. A lot of women wear the wrong bra size. And as others have said......
