Sometimes I enjoy reading messed up stories like one character is just a manipulator and horrible person and the main character falls for it like Color Recipe. I just find it fun to read once in awhile. reply
The thing is I know a lot of stories like that in describing the beginning or the basis of the entire story, and the ml is somebody else in the end... Like revenge plots or stuff like that. It might not be exactly what you're looking for but they are sorta adjacent to that... I'll list them just in case any peak your interest.
