Probably unnecessary but I feel like I should say it just because of how your question sounded: Being a good girlfriend doesn't = sex/ bjs/ etc. You should only do whatever you are comfortable doing/ want to do and if he says something that leads you to think no sex/ bj/ etc = breakup, then he doesn't deserve you.
Again that is probably not the case but if it was, I wanted to say that. Also, in all likelihood he's probably dating you for a reason, (this may be a shot in the dark, but I'm guessing he's into short nerdy dorks) so don't think you need to do that just because he's good looking/ "has other options" if you don't want to. It's important to be able to honestly communicate to have a healthy relationship. If you don't mind, then just disregard this comment.
