Honestly serial killers literally only kill for their own fun and to get high and to fullfill their fucked up delusions while going through the 8 stages. Thats why all serial killers leave a mark on their victims - they want to be recognised
But personally rapists/murders/human&organ traffickers etc but again it would be really easy to just kill ......
