She's unique. Her works are disgusting, dark, twisted, consisting of many uncensored sensitive topics that aren't sugarcoated which she still somehow manages to tie to love in its own sick, twisted way. Basically what I'm trying to say is that her works are pretty dark and may be too intense for many people causing discomfort so I'm just gonna dro...... reply

Back then, everything was like a reboot of something else with slight differences. What I like about Harada is she'll literally take any topic, AND RUN WITH IT. She don't give a flyjng FUCK~ Faking your injuries so your childhood friend feels so bad that he never leaves your side? Because I love the stories. When I gave Color Recipe a chance, it seemed like it was gonna be pretty lame, but things twisted very darkly and took me by surprise. Also Happy Shitty Life, as you can see from my profile pic, is my absolute favorite. i ve read only Color recipe, it s sick but interesting. i ve read it till the end only because i like possessive seme type yaoi. The other stories also looked sick so i didnt even try them. I think the author is popular because they have their own recognizable style. But i guess only sick people can fully enjoy her works reply

I’ve only read a couple of her works, one of the first ones being color recipe and at first I liked how she didn’t shy away from sensitive topics, but I read another one a month or two ago, that contained (to put it lightly) some very much sensitive topics and then we were trying to have it removed from the site, so I’m not sure how I feel ab...... reply

color recipe was the worst fucking manga ive read, not even a 'so bad that its good' situtation it was just mid story with mid pacing mid art and the most infuriating characters EVER i feel like shes the junji ito of yaoi manga cause her art is recognizable and unique in a way that when you see a random sex scene you know its her by how gross she ...... reply

i love harada-sensei, didn't read all her work but most of it, i like the twisted feelings she can deliver through her art .. the trauma in a comedic shape sometimes, the art is mid ngl but what's important to me in every manga/hwa art is when the expressions r understood. my favorite one is "angel" that one hit me so hard since i thought it wasn't...... reply
